These are not entry-level positions. Applicants must demonstrate verifiable experience performing comparable work in commercial facilities, multifamily properties, hospitality, environmental services, property operations, or another directly related environment. Residential-only experience may be considered, but it does not replace the required commercial competency assessment.
Field operations
Care for the property.
Facility Care Technician$19–$22/hour+
Recurring janitorial and common-area care for the spaces clients, residents, and guests use every day.
Minimum: 2+ years — Commercial janitorial, hotel housekeeping, EVS, multifamily, school, office, or facility-care experience.
Day Porter / Property Appearance Specialist$19–$23/hour+
Visible daytime upkeep, touchpoint care, litter response, route documentation, and condition reporting.
Minimum: 2+ years — Resident-facing or occupied commercial-property experience.
Exterior Care Technician$21–$25/hour+
Entrances, walks, exterior surfaces, parking areas, controlled work zones, and trash-enclosure service.
Minimum: 2+ years — Commercial pressure washing or exterior cleaning with demonstrated equipment competency.
Turn & Make-Ready Technician$20–$24/hour+
Vacant-unit cleaning, detailed reset work, condition classification, and management-ready closeout.
Minimum: 2+ years — Multifamily turns, hotel deep cleaning, make-ready, or comparable detailed reset work.
Floor & Glass Care Technician$22–$27/hour+
Specialty floor, carpet, tile, grout, entry-glass, and ground-accessible commercial-window care.
Minimum: 3+ years — Commercial floor equipment, carpet extraction, tile and grout, and glass-care experience.
Project Services Technician$21–$26/hour+
Post-construction cleaning, deep cleans, property transitions, and defined one-time projects.
Minimum: 2+ years — Post-construction, commercial deep-cleaning, property-transition, or project-cleaning experience.
Leadership + quality
Protect the standard.
Team Lead / Field Supervisor$26–$31/hour+
Crew coordination, property access, work execution, inspections, documentation, and corrective follow-through.
Minimum: 4+ years — Relevant field experience, including at least one year leading or supervising crews.
Quality & Training Specialist$28–$34/hour+
Field training, scored quality reviews, root-cause correction, and property-specific service authorization.
Minimum: 5+ years — Relevant field experience, including at least two years in supervision, training, or quality control.
Client + business operations
Move the work forward.
Operations & Scheduling Coordinator$23–$29/hour+
Staffing, routing, schedule changes, property instructions, and field communication.
Minimum: 2–3 years — Scheduling, dispatch, hospitality operations, facilities, or workforce coordination.
Account Services Coordinator$24–$30/hour+
Client communication, service records, issue routing, account follow-through, and retention support.
Minimum: 2–3 years — B2B client service, property management, account coordination, or facilities experience.
Proposals & Business Development$55,000–$70,000 base + incentive+
Site walks, scope development, commercial proposals, relationships, and new-property opportunities.
Minimum: 3+ years — B2B sales, property or facility services, vendor relations, or commercial-proposal experience.

Ranges shown are anticipated 2026 cash-wage hiring bands before benefits, overtime, specialty premiums, bonuses, or commissions. The starting offer within a band is based on verified experience, role fit, and practical assessment. Ordelis does not ask what an applicant earned in a former job. Final compensation and employment terms appear in the applicable written offer.

INDEPENDENT RELEASE
Earn authorization
Orientation and signatures are not enough. Employees must explain and demonstrate the method, complete property-specific training, and perform satisfactory supervised shifts.
